Company was established in 1998 and is managed by Mr. Zvi TOREF, economist and business consultant, recognized by the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption. The company specializes in advising small and medium-sized businesses, as well as new entrepreneurs. The company is the initiator of the project "Gizbarit". The company specializes in consultations in financial and economic matters, including preparation of business plans for getting loans from various funds and banks. The company operates in two government projects: business consulting for small and medium-sized businesses, subsidized by the Ministry of Economy and Industry through the Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises and business consulting for new immigrants and returning Israelis, subsidized by the Ministry of Aliya and Absorption, subsidized by the Ministry of Aliyah and Absorption. The company carries out its activities in cooperation with the Audit Office of Mr. Zeev TOREF, C.P.A and tax consultant office of Mr. Boris TOREF.
